As a mother of four, I am an expert at fitting fitness into the struggles of everyday life. I hold a degree in the Life Sciences from Arizona State University. I am NASM certified in personal training and nutrition. If you decide to train in person with me I have the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
